Painting life. Cate Baldwin has been pursuing her passion of creating for the past 16 years. Using vibrant acrylic paints and textured materials, she brings her paintings to life. Greatly inspired by the beauty of her home here in Gibsons, B.C., her travels and the happiness in life that she chooses to see around her. She draws on these moments, creating a feeling or an atmosphere, as well as a healthy dose of fantasy in her work! A mixture of textures, abstract and abstracted realism are found in her portfolio. Cate’s work has been shown in shows and galleries in Ontario and BC and is loved in many homes from the UK to the US, Mexico and across Canada.
