Pilates Fusion with Barbara Crompton

Mondays July 4 – Aug 15.

Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles pilates, barre, yoga, strength training, to give an unique twist to Mat Pilates. This class has a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles. Bring your own mat and light weights(1-3lb.).  We will supply pilates balls.
