Empowering Empaths and Introverts – Forest Therapy Retreat
If you are an empath or an introvert seeking to further empower your voice and purpose in this world, I invite you to join our small group guided forest therapy retreat on the Sunshine Coast designed specifically for empaths and introverts. This retreat will get you deeply rooted in the practice with support, information and techniques that will motivate you to keep on your own forest therapy journey. Group experiences have the added benefit of meaningful, authentic connection with other people who are wired the same way as you and meandering a similar journey too. Limited to 5 participants for a more meaningful experience. This retreat includes six home cooked meals, a gift, and free camping if you choose.

Each session includes a light lunch and refreshments, information and resources, and the opportunity to socialize while connecting with others who are living a shared experience.

Relax and dive deep into the soothing sounds of deep didgeridoos and quartz crystal singing bowls.
This is an event to lie down comfortably on a mat with a warm blanket and relax into the sound frequencies. Bring your own mat and blanket or whatever you like to be comfortable. (Mats and blankets are no longer available for free use at Yoga by the Sea)
Duration is approximately 90 min.
