The Natural Voice workshop

Experience “The Natural Voice with Anna Beaumont,” where you’ll delve into vocal exercises from the Uncovering The Voice School inspired by none other than Rudolph Steiner, founder of Waldorf Schools.
Open the channel of your voice through embodiment practices designed to uncover and free your voice.
In this three hour workshop , we’ll utilize the timeless poetry of Rumi through songs written by Anna, to embody the essence of his words.

Gibsons Public Market: Wellness Fest 2024 at Gibsons Public Market

to June 2. Join us on a journey towards wellness! Gibsons Public Market is excited to announce our second annual Wellness Fest, thanks to our presenting sponsor, Sunshine Coast Credit Union. A four-day event full of various dimensions of wellness. The festival starts with a Sound Journey hosted by Kym and Chris on Thursday, May 30th. On Friday, May 31st, we will show the film Body of Light by Gordon Holloran. On Saturday, June 1st, and Sunday, June 2nd; come and enjoy our Wellness Fair with a diverse range of vendors. We will have demonstrations, drum circles, live music, and so much more. You can also participate in one or more of our workshops offered by local professionals and businesses. Yoga By the Sea: Self-awakening yoga flow with Anna Green

Develop awareness through guided exploration of movement, breath and sensation of the subtle body. The sequence of movement inquiries will reveal insights into ways of self-healing or restoration by simply observing (in a non-judgmental manner) our physical movements, the associated sensation and our subsequent thoughts or reflections.

The Power of Prayer

6 week series, we offer a fun, creative and supportive space for folks to make connections, honor our gifts, and find peace with our challenges.
Sharing our own, and listening to others dreams and concerns in a group, is a powerful way to transform our lives. Our intention is to enhance the amount of Joy and Love we can give and receive.
This spiritually eclectic approach will be useing sharing circles, meditation, rituals, journeying, yoga, dance, oracles, drumming and chanting to name a few of the many esoteric modalities. With shamanism and Buddhism being my favorite.
All faiths and beliefs welcome. No experience necessary . We would love to have some atheists join as well !

Yoga By The Sea: New Moon Gatherings

A chance to gather and set intentions for the upcoming month. We will collectively talk about the energies coming up astrologically and work with visualization, affirmations, and embodiment of energies that will help bring us closer to our intentions.

Facilitator: Taegan Gaetz – Yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, intuitive, and devotee of the spiritual path. Has a love for personal and spiritual evolution and wants to share a collective setting for accountability and support to help people move past their blocks toward their highest selves.

Yoga by the Sea: Crystal Bowl Sound Healing – An Introductory Master Class

In this masterclass we are exploring the benefits, magic, and science of Sound Healing with Melissa Enyedy. This class is open to all who are interested in learning more about how Sound Healing can benefit you and those you love. Whether you’re a yoga teacher, sound healer novice, or someone who just loves experiencing Sound Healing, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. In this class we will explore; how sound affects the body and mind from both a scientific and energetic lens; the types of sound healing experiences that are available and their benefits; music theory basics; working with the energy body; and how to create a self-healing practice.

We will end our class with a Deep Rest Sound Bath designed to help integrate the knowledge you’ve learned and promote the body’s natural healing abilities! You don’t want to miss this fun and magical experience!

** If you have crystal bowls, you are welcome to bring them (max three bowls) for a deeper exploration of your own sound.

Hatha Yoga in Pender Harbour

This slow-paced Yoga class guides students through a variety of Hatha Yoga postures. We stretch, strengthen and relax our bodies for an hour and end class feeling peaceful in mind, body, and spirit. This is a great class for beginners and can also be challenging for the experienced yogi as many modifications are provided. Try your first class for free!
