New Women’s Workshop: Pelvic Floor & Deep Core Health

Many women experience leaking, prolapse, tension, numbness, instability, or disconnection from this important area of the body — yet few of us were ever taught how to truly work with these muscles and energies.

We’ll explore:
– pelvic floor & deep core awareness & strengthening
– chi & fascial support system development
– movement, breath & meditation
– emotional healing & Sacred Feminine practices
– activation of the 5 inner diaphragms and the body’s natural pleasure channel !

This workshop explores an area of the body that profoundly affects reproductive and digestive health, posture, stability, energy, nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and vitality — yet is rarely taught in an integrated way.

Together we’ll explore:
– pelvic floor & deep core strengthening
– chi & fascial support system development
– movement, breath & meditation
– emotional healing & Sacred Feminine practices
– activation of the 5 inner diaphragms and the body’s natural pleasure channel

Many of you know me through Nia, Yoga, Somatic WAve™, fascia release, meditation, or other movement and healing practices I offer at Inner Moves Wellness Center in Gibsons.

This is gentle yet powerful work for women wanting greater awareness, support, vitality, and connection within themselves (PS. much more than kegels).

Experience safe space for learning and open discussion.

A special discount is offered for returning participants!

If this resonates with you, I’d love to have you join us.

SSAC: Introduction to Greensleeve Advance Care Planning

We’ll walk you through the steps of advance care planning:
Think – What is important to you and what you would want if you are not able to speak for yourself.
Learn – What your health care choices may be if you become ill.
Decide – Who you want speaking for you if you were unable to speak for yourself.
Talk – With the people you care about, and who care about you, to let them know what your future wishes are.
Document – What documents do I need?
And we’ll introduce you to the Sunshine Coast Green Sleeve – a “container” for your advance care planning documents. It contains the information emergency responders, your healthcare providers and your family need to ensure your wishes are honoured.
Everyone is welcome, but space is limited. Please register in advance by calling 604-885-3513 or emailing acp@coasthospice.com.

Assertive Communication Workshop

Do you often replay conversations afterwards, wishing you’d spoken up — or worry that being more direct might upset someone or create tension? This small-group workshop is for people who tend to people-please, avoid conflict, or second-guess themselves, even when they know their needs matter.

The first half of the workshop focuses on understanding what assertiveness is and why it can feel so hard to put into action. We’ll explore common communication patterns, the role of the nervous system in moments of discomfort or conflict, and why many people freeze, over-explain, or stay quiet rather than risk being misunderstood or creating conflict.

After a 30-min break, the second half provides space to apply what you’ve learned. Participants are encouraged (but never required) to bring real-lif
