This will be a day of self-nurturing, as we explore what we want to embody moving forward into 2023. We will dance, journal, vision board, witness each other, and share in deeply meaningful ways. The space will be sacred and intentional, and held with creativity and love. Healthy, nutritious snacks will be provided. No experience neeed. Everyone is welcome to join in.

Using traditional Buddhist Dharma psychology to calm the mind and alleviate suffering, facilitator John Thompson will lead guided Dharma meditations for short and long term solutions, and discuss these modalities, every Monday.
