The SCAC was founded in 1966 to raise the profile of local artists and artisans in our region, and to provide opportunities to showcase the breadth of local creativity.
At the Arts Centre, we present curated exhibitions, deliver workshops, host literary readings, screen films and host artist talks, find platforms for young people to engage, and provide accessible, low-cost space for cultural groups to gather and work.
Art Crawl Details
We are honoured to host multiple local artists at the Arts Centre during the annual Art Crawl, alongside our regularly scheduled exhibitions.
