Yoga in the Iyengar Style
A yoga class that is detailed, using props to individualize and break down the poses in order to find freedom within each pose. Look forward to the teacher demonstrating the pose, and then watching and assisting as she breaks the poses down for maximum understanding of the space one can achieve within each pose.
We will work with the body, mind and breath as we journey on the ultimate goal of yoga: to unite ourselves with ourSelves.
