PR – Texada Skimboard Jam 2025

An inclusive community event for over 12 years. It is an open event where participants of all ages pay $10 to rent a skimboard and get a lesson and the opportunity to try skimboarding. Throughout the day there will be a series of mini contests and challenges where we will give away prizes from local vendors and businesses. It’s not about how good you are it’s about how hard you’re trying and how much you’re having that determine who gets the prize. There will be music from local DJ and philanthropist Justin and everyone is welcome to come out and enjoy participating or just sit back and enjoy the show, sunscreen advised!
