PR – Gillis Bay: 9th Annual Texada Roots & Blues Festival

Aug 2-3. Celebrating the music of our local musicians! Most of our performers are from within 100 km of Gillies Bay. We have a diverse group of performers for your enjoyment while showcasing Texada Island, the largest island in the Gulf Island chain.

This Texada music festival is for everyone; fabulous blues and roots, food and craft vendors, a kids’ zone for the young ones to play, the Farmer’s Market on Sunday, and a place to quench the adults’ thirst.
