FreeJoin Brenda, local Cree/Métis Knowledge Keeper, and Stacy, Artist and bead artist of Indigenous ancestry, at this beading and storytelling workshop. Brenda will share stories of Iktomi the spider-trickster and the rich history of beading while participants work on a beaded spider. At the same time, Stacy will teach interested participants use a beading loom to make a beaded creation.
For children (5+) & youth and their Adults (Adults are encouraged to attend and participate with their child).
