Gibsons Public Market: Lower G Market
The Lower G Market is back this summer, running from May 16th to September 6th. We are excited to expand the market this year to include both Saturdays and Sundays, giving visitors even more opportunities to enjoy this vibrant community market.
Join us from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, in the front parking lot of Gibsons Public Market. Each market day features over a dozen local vendors showcasing a curated selection of art, handmade crafts, jewelry, pottery, and more. With new vendors rotating throughout the season, there is always something fresh to discover.

Looking for a fun way to get involved in the arts community on the coast? Join us for the Hackett Park Artisan Fair! Featuring 60+ artisan and food vendors, as well as live music with Rogue Fest.
This is a great opportunity to engage with your community, build up your resume, learn about arts & culture and event production, and get behind the scenes of a large local event while supporting your community.
Snacks and soft drinks will be provided!
Volunteer days include Aug 15-17th. Shifts are 3 hours, but you can sign up for as many as you would like.

Hackett Park Artisan Fair
Aug 16-17. The Hackett Park Artisan Fair is an annual gathering of local and regional vendors. The Fair has been an annual tradition on the Coast, and attracts close to 5000 visitors seeking to discover the creations of artisans who are jury selected based on craftsmanship, originality, and the unique items they have to offer for sale.
This year’s Fair will take place in the lower field of Hackett Park. We will have a large variety of artisans, artists, and food vendors, as well as live music presented by Rogue Fest!
The Fair can be accessed via Medusa Street and at the corner of Trail Ave. and Dolphin St. in Sechelt. Admission is by donation for adults, students and seniors, and free for children under twelve.
