Happy Hour in the Garden at the Tiny Farm

Sundays to Aug 30th, 2-6pm. Welcome to the Tiny Farm! Sip fresh cocktails & mocktails made with local fruit. Enjoy card games and dice with friends and family.

Grab a soft serve ice cream cone from Good News Ice Cream and find a bench from which to enjoy the flowers.

Check what’s fresh on the farmstand and enjoy the garden where we grow for our Foodbox program.
Wander over from Slow Sundays (live music across the street), the beach, and Roberts Creek Village.

This event is free and does not require registration, come on by between 2pm – 6pm. Last call at the bar is 5:45pm. Stay for a drink, stay a while—we’d love to see you!

The Sunshine Coast Healthcare Auxiliary is once again holding our famous baking, craft and plant sale just in time for Mother’s Day! You’ll find delicious treats, beautiful gifts and plants to tickle your green thumb! Don’t forget to try your luck on the raffle for a Spring Basket from Kym’s Plants as well! “The Spring Garden: From Roots to Shoots” at the Lions Field Hall (13776 Sunshine Coast Hwy).
Topping is an ISA certified arborist, horticulture technician and
former teacher and she is passionate about gardening.

Free to PHGC members and $5 for drop in. Also, 2026 memberships are available at the door. Doors open at 12:30 p.m.

Fibre Farm: Ground Breaking Ceremony

Ground Breaking Ceremony led by Cease Wyss will honour the beginning of the Fibre Farm project.The Fibre Farm is an indigenous led and disability justice centered project located on Squamish territory. This project is motivated by closer relationship to the land. Building an accessible gathering space for community to participate in remediating a wetland ecosystem, dynamic workshops and teachings, processing natural plant material, the Fibre Farm will be a space to create community around culture and fibre artistry. You are invited to witness and participate in this ceremony which will involve inoculating the wetland and pond with native rhysomes and seeds.
