I am an artist by birth and a Registered Art Therapist by training. My work spans multiple media and styles, with an emphasis on colour and form that is symbolic rather than representational, melding abstraction and realism, using acrylic, watercolour and mixed media. You could call it ‘poetic realism’ rather than literal.
As well as offering Art Therapy, I have been leading workshops on ‘Art for the Inner I’ for over 20 years.
