Visual artist exploring colour, tensions & energy of the natural world through a variety of mediums. I have a fascination with abstraction, the environment & a passion for exploring light, movement & the phenomena of the physical world. My Art evolves from memories & experiences, of living & travelling in remote areas of Canada, as well as large urban environments. The learnings of wildlife are intriguing & often represent in my work. Self taught with the guidance of workshops & artist mentors I continue to push the boundaries. I work mainly in acrylic, watercolour oil/cold wax & mixed media.
