My bright welcoming studio is in the heart of Sechelt where I create pottery, hand painted ceramics, watercolours, greeting cards and driftwood art. I offer drop in and scheduled classes where you can hand paint a mug with non-toxic and food safe paints and glazes.
The beauty of the Sunshine Coast inspires me to express it through watercolour and pottery.
Coastal artist, Laura Barron is a self taught artist who enjoys creating fun, whimsical paintings with watercolour and fine black ink.
Laura also paints her whimsical images on hand built pottery and bisque in her studio in Sechelt, British Columbia.
She is inspired by local nature, wildlife and in particular, wildflowers, which are reflected in her use of design, colour and whimsy.
Laura finds joy and beauty all around her and loves to express it in her watercolours and pottery creations.
