Doria is a full-time artist based in Whistler and Halfmoon Bay, represented by Mountain Galleries at the Fairmont Whistler, Banff, Jasper, and Stratford. An advocate for bears (black and spirit bears, grizzlies and polar bears) she has spent many days observing and photographing them in order to paint large, intimate portraits of them. Doria was artist in residence for 3 years at Knight Inlet Lodge in the Great Bear Rainforest. She is the official artist for the Grizzly Bear Foundation and member of the board, donating 1% of sales to the GBF. Doria also paints children and landscapes.
