I am a retired dentist, who moved to Roberts Creek in 2013. I started painting to fill my free time, and I have found a new passion. I was born in Holland and immigrated to Canada with my family in 1969. We have a very large family, so my time to paint is limited. Many of my painting are inspired by my wife’s photography (and by the Dutch Masters of course). I am always curious to try new things, but for now I am really enjoying using pastels, oils and acrylics.
