$20Doors 6:45pm. Showtime 7:30pm. Continuing our commitment to nurturing and celebrating local emerging talent, the night will open with ‘BVA,’ a trio from Chatelech Secondary. Featuring Blake Gatzke on guitar, Vincent Martin on drums, and Arden MacNeil on bass followed by singer-songwriter and philosopher Robin Atchison. Reader for the night is local author Betty Baxter introducing her newly released book, fresh off the press, ‘Outspoken’ – A Journey from Olympic Athlete to Activist. Wrapping up the evening, is vocalist Trudi Diening with her new trio, which includes guitarist Steve Karagianis and bassist Jay Baird.
Delicious treats and beverages will be available. The Artesia Coffee House is presented by the Coast Cultural Alliance in partnership with the Sunshine Coast Arts Council.
