Rise and Shine: Dance in the Dome, held the last Saturday of every month at Om Sweet Om in Roberts Creek. A lightly facilitated, free flow morning dance. Shake, groove and release, move authentically, and start your day glowing from the inside out. No steps to learn, all bodies welcome. Ends with bliss balls and cozy community tea.
