PR – Stitching with Un’Intention Workshops

Releasing the entrapments of intention through stitch:
This series of workshops explores “slow stitching as a contemplative practice used to process thoughts, manage stress, and achieve emotional clarity.” Using basic stitch and embellishments, this series has the potential to engage the heart, the mind, the hands in a transformative process of self-discovery and relaxation through creative expression.
• Sunday’s – January 25th, February 8th, 22nd, March 8th – 11 am to 3 pm
• 4 workshops in the series – $75 per workshop (or $249 for all 4)
• Open to all skill levels
• Includes basic stitch supplies, refreshments, fabric & embellishment ‘stash’
