Pender Harbour Wildlife Society: Speaker Professor Ray Kostaschuk

Presentation ‘Climate, Water & Wildlife on the Sunshine Coast – the times they are a changin’. During a career spanning more than 60 years, he studied and taught geomorphology, the processes and landforms that sculpt Earth’s surface, and hydrology, the movement and storage of freshwater. His research on river dynamics has taken him from coast to coast to coast in Canada and to international locations including Russia, China, Nepal, Fiji, and Argentina.
