September 10 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Join the crew processing & preserving the summer’s bounty of fruit. No experience necessary, learn new skills & tricks, or just chop n chat.

Let’s caramelize apples, squeeze grapes. make herbal syrups, roast figs, make spicy pepper jelly, and chop plums for ice cream! All hands on deck to make the best use of the fruit bounty!

With the fruit harvests in full swing as a part of the Fruit Share Project, and summer slowing down, it’s the perfect time to get busy in the kitchen processing and preserving as a village.

Free but must register.
