Hospice Program Centre: Tending to Young Hearts

We invite children and youth aged up to 18, and the adults in their lives, to gather with other young people who are also experiencing loss. A gentle way to process grief with people who “get it.” Spend the afternoon connecting, creating and remembering loved ones through hands-on activities, including

– cookie decorating

– art activities, and

– hand-dipping a “memory” candle.

We will have light snacks and refreshments available throughout the afternoon.
