$70In the 3 hours we spend together, you will learn to identify the causes of suboptimal breathing and bring your breath under your conscious control to
move towards a regulated state in your nervous system,
experience less anxiety and worry,
more positivity,
more joy and ease,
and increase the quality and length of your life.
You will learn the principles of optimal breathing and easy steps to get to know your own habits of breath and progress to working with your breath to shift your state.
We will use preparatory movements, self-massage and tapping to open energy pathways in our chest, ribs and lungs and help release tension in our body that restrict our breathing. We will learn breathing practices which you can use daily to return to ease and trust and move towards mastery.
