Chef Heidi Murphy—co-owner of The Shameful Tiki Room and founder of El Segundo—invites guests to a Demo & Dine that dives headfirst into the era of old-school tiki. Expect bamboo bar energy. Layered flavours. Big garnishes. Dim lights. Storytelling through food. This evening showcases bold, nostalgic, flavour-forward bites inspired by the golden era of tiki, crafted with fresh ingredients from Fong’s Market and executed with chef-level precision.
