Gibsons Library: Sewing Social

Have a pair of jeans or pants that need hemming? Join us for a hands-on demonstration and learn how to hem them yourself!

The session will start with Michelle demonstrating how to hem pants using a sewing machine. A handout with the instructions will also be provided.

After the demonstration, stay for some relaxed social sewing time. Bring along your own project, whether you’re working on:

Mending
Embroidery
Hand sewing
Or another sewing or textile project
Share ideas, enjoy some conversation, and spend some time sewing with others in the community. Everyone is welcome!
