As a BC Entertainment Hall of Fame Inductee, Don’s performance and creativity displays a passion rarely seen and together with his acoustic guitar magic, soulful singing and storytelling, creates a jaw dropping performances that continues to “Wow” and leave audiences talking for days.
Don has won every major Modern Guitar Competition and has been featured in many well known Guitar Magazines. He has also received nominations for Instrumental Artist of the Year for two of his CDs at the Canadian Folk Music Awards and Western Canadian Music Awards, plus numerous accolades including, recipient of the prestigious Dominic Troiano Award and the Brand Laureate Award for inspiring and creating positive change around the world.
In 2022, Don received the prestigious Governor Generals Platinum Jubilee Award and in 2024, the Order of Canada.
