Chaster House: Dance Sing Playshop

Dancing and singing are powerful modalities for healing, connection, embodiment, empowerment, freedom, creativity, joy, confidence, acceptance, remembrance and transformation. Together we will create a sacred container in which to give ourselves permission to get a little silly, have fun being our most authentic selves without fear of judgement or shame. 
No experience necessary. All voices welcome.
