Meet at the Francis Point Provincial Park Car Park at the west end of Merrill Road, off Francis Peninsular Road on the south side of Pender Harbour at 9:30 am.
We will be looking at fine grained volcanic rocks that have been intruded by basalt in several places and seeing the contact relationships and mineralization between the two rock types. More info here.
