Opportunity: Neighbourhood Small Grants

Deadline April 18th. Ideas that Connect Neighbours. The Neighbourhood Small Grants (NSG) program helps residents of any age, experience, or background take part in building community. We offer a small grant of up to $500 for you to bring your community project to life. With a Neighbourhood Small Grant, you join our network of thousands of project leaders who have taken steps to better their neighbourhoods—just like you.
Why are we doing this? Because magic happens when neighbours connect. It forms friendships, makes our communities safer and more vibrant. We have helped make communities in British Columbia stronger, safer, and more welcoming since 1999. Neighbourhood Small Grants (NSG) provides grants of up to $500 for projects that connect people socially or involve sharing skills or talents with each other.

The Power of Prayer

6 week series, we offer a fun, creative and supportive space for folks to make connections, honor our gifts, and find peace with our challenges.
Sharing our own, and listening to others dreams and concerns in a group, is a powerful way to transform our lives. Our intention is to enhance the amount of Joy and Love we can give and receive.
This spiritually eclectic approach will be useing sharing circles, meditation, rituals, journeying, yoga, dance, oracles, drumming and chanting to name a few of the many esoteric modalities. With shamanism and Buddhism being my favorite.
All faiths and beliefs welcome. No experience necessary . We would love to have some atheists join as well !
