PR – Chakra Dance Series – The Movement Within

Mondays  Evenings  January 9, 16, 23, February 6, 13, 27March 6 no class January 30 (last Monday) and Feb 20 (Family Day)

Register or Drop in (18+)

Intentionally exploring yourself through one chakra, with free-form movement and guided exercises.  A foundational practice, learning how to let the body lead and express your innate, spontaneous dance language.

Please bring water, a blanket and dress in layers.
This is a safe, intentional space to express, explore, share and play.

Hatha Yoga in Pender Harbour

Carole Logtenberg will guide students through a variety of Hatha Yoga postures. You will stretch and relax tight muscles, focus on balance while transitioning from posture to posture, strengthen core, and improve concentration. This class is great for beginners and can also be challenging for the experienced yoga student.

Every 2nd Wednesday, June 8,22, July 6, 20, August 3, 17. We will pick up again in October.

Tribal Dance an intentional movement class.​ Dance and conscious group work have been integral to my happiness and growth. I’m honored to offer these sessions that combine both. Let’s use dance as a way to feel united and empowered! Join us while we dance with our joy and our pain. Music will be mostly intentional hip hop, soul, funk.. All infused with shamanism, mindfulness and playfulness.
