Release + Reset 5Rhythms® Movement with Julie Plotkin

This will be a day of self-nurturing, as we explore what we want to embody moving forward into 2023. We will dance, journal, vision board, witness each other, and share in deeply meaningful ways. The space will be sacred and intentional, and held with creativity and love. Healthy, nutritious snacks will be provided. No experience neeed. Everyone is welcome to join in.

5Rhythms Dance Class

Bi-weekly Wednesdays Jan 11 & 25. Open to everyone (16+) ~ no experience needed. Come out and get your groove on… move your feet to the beat, connect with your breath, release stress and tension, and have fun doing it.
