DESCRIPTION:To honour the darkest days of the year\, and dance with a quieter expression. Honouring this time of year as an opportunity to resource ourselves. The darkness invites us to go within\, to slow down\, to dream\, to rest\, and to be still.\nThis class is a fundraiser and class entry will be by donation with 100% of the proceeds to the Sunshine Coast Food Bank. Additionally\, I will have a box out to collect non-perishable food items for the Food Bank. You are invited to wear all black to honour the darkness.
