Natural events observed that caused David to pause and reflect are the source of his inspiration. Light is an ephemeral natural element present in many of his pieces. He stirs in the viewer the moments in the environment that are fleeting. Open to explore diverse techniques and direction, his paintings have a unique format with multiple palettes, mediums and substrate and are dictated by the subject chosen. He works in water colour, bright coloured glaze, chalk pastel and raw charcoal. New Series of the Desert In Bloom. Climb the stairs to the Eagle View of Howe Sound and the North Shore Mountains. We look forward to seeing you. Home of “The Petite Gallery David” on the Bluff. Call to arrange a private showing. davidehall.ca
