I live on the unceded territories of the Squamish Nation, the lower Sunshine Coast. My art draws from my experiences within the culture-Nature of my surroundings. These experiences are sought, thought, felt & physical findings that I access by commuting by foot & public transit, by bike & rowboat through mountainous inlets, forests, skies & waters that are touching yet not untouched. I intentionally reach out to an appreciative yet ambiguous formalization, where culture and Nature are allowed to honestly intersect.
Showing with Ellen Heale, Pauline Lawson, Hazel Maxwell, Guillaume.
