Belinda Hobson recycles nail polish within her most popular art pieces, ‘Dragon Eye’. Each eye has ten different layers and uses a technique called Sgraffito which gives a three dimensional form where the eye appears to be looking at you. Belinda is very grateful to the Sunshine Coast for all the nail polish donations received thus far enabling her to produce something she loves creating and what brings joy to others.

A self taught artisan, Belinda has a selection of ‘Fan Art’ inspired by the sci-fi realm, currently preoccupied by the Madolarian culture that has arisen. When not obsessed, she designs, hand paints and finishes many other Sunshine Coast original pieces.
