Arteliers C & C is the studio of Chris Cozea and Carol Ann MacArthur in Madeira Park. Chris has been oil painting in a distinctive surreal style since 1980, working on canvas, wood panels and various mix media installations. He creates novel expressions as Modern Devotional Art by using recovered wood and other repurposed materials, drawing inspiration from cross-cultural themes and nature. Carol creates a variety of decorative and practical objects, using fibers, paper, wood and ceramic. Her esthetically pleasing creations aim to evoke joy in everyday items. Remarkably, Carol’s work reflects her earliest passion for naïve art.
