We use soccer as the vehicle for supporting the development and growth of players’ confidence\, resilience\, social skills\, and understanding of themselves. \nWho is leading IGNITE?\nIGNITE will be led by SCYSA staff coaches Holly Neate and Devon O’Reilly\, alongside experienced guest facilitators and youth mentors. The program is structured to provide a supportive environment where participants can build skills and connection to the game\, as well as to each other. \nWho is IGNITE for?\nIGNITE is a program for girls and non-binary youth of all soccer levels. This includes players who are:\n-Have never played soccer before\n-New to soccer or have limited experience\n-Currently playing in foundation/recreational soccer programs\n-Currently playing in pre-competitive or competitive soccer programs \nWhat will players do?\nEach day includes a mix of:\n-Soccer-based games and skill activities\n-Team challenges and creative exercises\n-Confidence- and mindset-building activities\n-Structured and free-play scrimmages\n-Guest workshops
