Monday to Friday 7:30pm. We will begin by tuning in with the Adi Mantra (Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo), followed by a 15-minute warm-up to warm up our spine, and then a 30-minute meditation.
This session is beginner-friendly, and no prior meditation experience is needed.
This session is free or by donation, with all proceeds going to support the studio.
