Worlds in Between – A Cappella Strait and Choralations – June 2 & 3

Friday June 2 @ 7pm at St. Hilda’s Church Sechelt, & Saturday June 3 @ 7 pm at St. Bartholomew’s Church , Gibsons.

A Cappella Strait and Choralations Children’s Choir, under the direction of Janice Brunson, present “Worlds in Between”. Much of the music in this performance is about building bridges between cultures, or between day and night time. Some of the pieces highlight the styles and rhythms of contrasting cultures, while others celebrate the shared sounds of neighbouring countries. Other pieces explore the unique tonalities of ancient cultures and some of the music is just fun or inspirational to sing!
