Description; Participants will walk along the scenic sea wall and find inspiration for their poetry.
Location – Outside (weather dependent). Meet at front entrance of Gibsons Public Market.
Fees: $20 SCWES Members*. $25 Non-members.
Isabella Mori is the author of three books of and about poetry, including Not so Pretty Haiku and A bagful of haiku – 87 imperfections. They write poetry, short fiction, novels and nonfiction that have appeared in publications, such as Kingfisher, Signs Of Life and The Group Of Seven Reimagined. Isabella is the founder of Muriel’s Journey Poetry Prize which celebrates loud, edgy, socially engaged poetry. In 2021, they were the writer-in-residence at the Historic Joy Kogawa House.
