2nd Friday of the month – presenting information about what to expect in the skies in the near future and also arranges for a public presentation by an expert in some aspect of Astronomy.
Speaking on Neutrino Astronomy and the Coming Galactic Supernova. These “ghost-particles” are produced by nuclear processes, from fission reactors to natural radioactivity in bananas. Neutrinos are also emitted by stars throughout their lives, glowing in their invisible radiance.
