Representatives from Service Canada and the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will be offering services. Registration NOT required – First come, first served. Last appointment at 2:40pm

This will include one-on-one assistance for our patrons with Service Canada and CRA issues such as:

Canada Pension Plan (CPP)
Retirement CPP
Survivor Benefit CPP
Death Benefit
CPP Disability
Old Age Security (OAS)
Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS)
Social Insurance Number (SINs)*
Passport information (can review information but cannot process applications)
Employment Insurance (EI)
Regular EI
Medical EI
Caregiver EI
Maternity/Parental EI
Canadian Dental Care Plan
Canada Disability Benefit
*If you need a Social Insurance Number, please bring: your birth certificate, certificate of Indian Status, and any other forms of federal or provincial identification you may have.
