SCNHS Nature Walk – Big Tree Recreation Site

Meet at: Trout Lake south pullout on Hwy 101. Some of the biggest trees on the Sunshine Coast. The emphasis of the outing will be on botany and forestry.

This outing was postponed in December due to snow on the access road. The 3K road is now clear of snow and is in good condition. Vehicle sharing is encouraged from Trout Lake. The 2K trail is level & in good condition. Duration of outing about 2 hours.
