RC Hall: Wednesday Waves – 5Rhythms Classes

Weekly – 5Rhythms Waves classes are coming back to Roberts Creek Hall.  No experience needed. Come out and move your body in a free-form way, while being gently held and guided. No steps or choreography – this is moving from the inside out. See you on the dance floor!
