Raven’s Cry Theatre: Steven Osborne, piano

The Coast Recital Society is to delighted to welcome back pianist Steven Osborne to the Raven’s Cry Theatre. Osborne previously performed for the CRS in February 2015 and November 2017. The first half of the program features delightfully sensual arabesques by Robert Schumann and the “Children’s Corner Suite” by Claude Debussy, while the second half ventures into the world of jazz and includes Osborne’s own improvisations along with transcriptions of works by Keith Jarrett and Ira Gershwin.
