Amateur performers of all ages who resides in the qathet Regional District, in piano, vocal and choral, strings, speech arts and dance are invited to perform in this annual event that has been running continuously since 1945. Festival date Feb 21 – Mar 3rd. Grand Concert: March 3, 2023
