PR – Chakra Dance Series – The Movement Within

Wednesdays January 11 to March 1, 2023. A facilitated chakra based dance. Registration required.

Intentionally exploring yourself through one chakra, with free-form movement and guided exercises.  A foundational practice, learning how to let the body lead and express your innate, spontaneous dance language.

Please bring water, a blanket and dress in layers.
This is a safe, intentional space to express, explore, share and play.
