Sept 11 & 12. Calling all mushroom lovers! Ginger & Salt Dining co has teamed up with Shaggy Jack to offer you two Long Table Mushroom Feasts hosted at Sunday Cider and Persephone Brewing.
You can expect a 5 course tasting menu centred around our favourite autumn mushrooms prepared by Chef Zach Cross-Nadeau of Ginger & Salt co. For folks seeking a more immersive experience, you have the option to join expert local mushroom forager & educator Shaggy Jack on a wild mushroom foraging forest tour before the dinner begins!
