Opportunity: SCWES Book Awards for BC Authors Contest

Deadline May 31st. The 4th Annual SCWES Book Awards for BC Authors Contest opens Feb. 1st, 2026 for books published both traditionally or self-published for poetry, fiction, non-fiction and children’s. Must be a BC resident to enter. Send one electronic copy (PDF or ebook) to sunshinecoastwritersandeditors@gmail.com and one hardcopy of your book to 787 Madison Place, Gibsons, BC V0N 1V0.
Early Bird contest fee is $40/book until March 1st. After March 1st the entry fee is $50/book. Multiple entries are allowed but each book must be accompanied by the contest fee.
