The Arts Building as a space to teach your class. We have an arrangement of 70/30% split of income generated from classes with 70% going to the instructor. This includes all advertising. Or rent the building for a nominal fee ( 3 hour minimum). We have 8 large tables, 3 small tables, 13 chairs and 8 makeshift easels available for instructors.
