Hot Yoga with Sharon *Sunday 9am & 10:30am * Tuesdays & *Thursdays 5:30pm & 7pm Thursdays 9:15am
This 6 week hot yoga series combines standing, balancing, and seated postures with optional Vinyasa flowing movement in a heated room. Hot yoga increases flexibility, strength, lung capacity, and blood circulation, while helping to flush out toxins and leaving you feeling invigorated and energized. All levels welcome
6 week series starts:
Tuesday November 5 5:30pm & 7pm
Thursday November 14 9:15am 5:30pm & 7pm
Sundays November 10
9am & 10:30am
Drop ins available only if there is space.
Investment 6 week series (6 classes): $150 /$25 per class
